Farrell's Chicago is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has instructed our members about the value of nutrition since our very first 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to superior results! But knowing what to eat can be difficult—especially with so much contradictory information out there. You won’t have to guess with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods easy. With our tested nutrition plans, you won’t feel hungry because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we lay out the entirety of it for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We explain to you what your body needs for you to achieve your goals. When you follow our nutrition plan, you will see results—and you’ll feel the difference in your body and mind that only nutrient-dense food can offer.

We individualize your plan to meet your unique needs and goals. You won’t feel restricted. You can keep on going out to eat, and you can still enjoy the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your ideal food choices are in any circumstance. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can splurge on some of your favorite goodies—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be accessible to reply to questions and give you advice. They will review your food logs and meal plans to help keep you on track. Plus, you can always find delicious ideas and new recipes to keep you satisfied in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll teach you about good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different vital nutrients at every meal. Your complete Farrell's Family will be here to encourage you, especially your coach. You’ll pick up on how to plan your meals and document them for success.

Don’t sweat it if being prepared isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll get 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include distinct instructions and advice on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be finished without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we advise members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are adjustable. Follow them as written or vary them to correspond to your tastes. Some members like to eat identical meals each day for an entire week, while others like to make substitutions. Your coach, or everyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not certain which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Still hungry after a meal? Make sure our team knows, and we’ll help you stay fueled and satisfied.
